Inhibitory Diet (3)


This stage is already weight maintenance. Now we will incorporateall kinds of food, but always in moderate portions.

We should not extend much time using this diet because they fall into a vitamin deficiency.

Inhibitory Diet (2)


 
Stage Two: 

This week you can lose 2 to 3 kgs. If you do not lose the weight you had thought, you can repeat this step another 7 days.

Foods allowed.

Rice, Pasta or Potato: One serving per day.

Vegetables: Peas, carrots, pumpkin and sweet potato.

Bran Bread

Fruit: Two units per day.

Creamed milk.

Forbidden foods:

Sweets, Jams, Sugar, Ice Cream, Chocolate.

White Bread.

Breakfast cereals.

Inhibitory Diet (1)


       This diet has three phases, each lasting 7 days and with a selection of food, which will lose weight.

        First stage: This stage will be lost between 1-2 kilos.

        Foods Allowed:

        No more than 3 eggs a week. Only Egg white (Unlimited)

        Meat: Ham. Beef, pork, chicken, fish without visible fat. Only Grilled nothing breaded, battered or fried.
       
        Cheese: Spreads skimmed. (1 Tub maximum per week)

        Broth: Of vegetable diet if you eat at lunch or dinner, you can add meat, egg or cheese.

        Vegetables: All but pumpkin, carrot, potato, sweet potato and corn.


        Fluids: Drink 2 liters per day. Preferably water and diet soda.


        Dressings: Olive oil, soybeans, corn, etc.. Mustard, lemon, balsamic vinegar, vinegar.

 
        Toast: gluten: 2 per day.


        Prohibited Foods:


        Sugar.

        Olives.

        Grains and flours.

        Fruits.

        Chocolate, milk and yogurt.

        Cookies.

Simple Diet.

Here is a diet that is easy to do, and that worked for me very well.

The first thing we do is buy a good multivitamin and take it daily.

1 st FOOD: (Cereals with Skimmed Milk) or (Toast style "cracker" with Ham and Coffee with saccharin) or fruit (orange, apple, tangerine, pear)

2 nd FOOD: 200gsm. Ham or 1 piece of fruit or a yogurt.

3 rd FOOD: (Grilled meat (chicken, turkey, pork, veal) or fish (Cooked or Grilled) + (cooked rice or cooked pasta).

4 th FOOD: 200 g. Ham or 1 piece of fruit or a yogurt or White Coffee with saccharin.

5 th FOOD: (Egg (boiled or omelette) + Ham) or (Fish or Meat +Vegetable cooked) or (Salad (Lettuce, Tomato, Carrot, Onion) +Can of Tuna in Brine).

* Eat every 2 or 3 hours, drink at least 2 liters of water, Make at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise at least 3 days a week.

             There are many types of diets,crash diets, diet this, diet that ... But here we will try to find a diet, easy, and not detrimental to our health.I'll try to publish several diets and easy weight loss tips.

Talk of the nutrients we eat normally:

Proteins: They are responsible for build muscle and help to maintain muscle mass during periods of calorie restriction. Meat, eggs, dairy products, provide 4 calories per gram.

Carbohydrate: Provides energy used by our body. Pasta, flour, legumes. fruits, cereals and bread, provide 4 calories per gram.

Fats: provide 9 calories per gram and these are found in oils, butter, sausages etc ...


Do not forget that exercise is essential, not trying to lose weightsitting all day, so before you get down to work, we must understand that we have to make an effort, but it will be easier than you think.
