Simple Diet.

Here is a diet that is easy to do, and that worked for me very well.

The first thing we do is buy a good multivitamin and take it daily.

1 st FOOD: (Cereals with Skimmed Milk) or (Toast style "cracker" with Ham and Coffee with saccharin) or fruit (orange, apple, tangerine, pear)

2 nd FOOD: 200gsm. Ham or 1 piece of fruit or a yogurt.

3 rd FOOD: (Grilled meat (chicken, turkey, pork, veal) or fish (Cooked or Grilled) + (cooked rice or cooked pasta).

4 th FOOD: 200 g. Ham or 1 piece of fruit or a yogurt or White Coffee with saccharin.

5 th FOOD: (Egg (boiled or omelette) + Ham) or (Fish or Meat +Vegetable cooked) or (Salad (Lettuce, Tomato, Carrot, Onion) +Can of Tuna in Brine).

* Eat every 2 or 3 hours, drink at least 2 liters of water, Make at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise at least 3 days a week.
